This scene is based on the famous cloister from gloucester's cathedral (which can be seen in the Harry Potter's movies, among others). Having visited the place a few years back and having worked for most of my career on stylized stuff, I wanted to experiment a workflow for realistic environments and the place seemed to be a great reference to help me achieve that goal. But it was also the opportunity to teach myself substance designer and push meshpainting in UE5 as far as I could ! It was a challenging but fun experiment ! Everything here was made by me using procedurally generated assets & photo sources.
